Cristina was born and raised in the greater Houston area and moved to San Antonio in 2012. She has worked in the home building and real estate industry since 2016. She is committed to providing excellent customer service and making her clients happy.

Cristina loves the family vibe of San Antonio and plans to make it her forever home. When she’s not helping her clients, she is an accomplished drummer and spends many hours on the road traveling to gigs.

Lily is a professional with vast experience in hospitality and quality service, she lives in San Miguel de Allende, the heart of Mexico, proud mother of an 18-year-old boy, she loves to travel, dogs and enjoys designing jewelry and clothes in her free time.

Danna grew up in sunny California, she is fluent in Spanish and English. She strives to make owners and tenants happy and is always willing to help in any way she can. In her free time, Danna loves watching movies with family and reading fantasy novels. She also loves spending time with her dog, Rupert.

Jaz is fluent in both English and Spanish. She likes to face new challenges and experiences. She likes to give a service just like the one she would like to receive. She is an industrial engineer graduate. In her free time, Jaz loves watching movies (especially romantic movies), traveling and baking all kind of desserts.

Nora is in the process of becoming a lawyer. She likes to be fair in every way and help society. She loves Italian food, watching movies and series (Fan of Harry Potter!). Loves music and cats. She currently lives in Aguascalientes, but she also loves to travel. Her favorite place to visit is Queretaro.

Cris grew up in Mexico and California. When you call RentWerx she’s probably one of the first people you will speak with. She is dedicated to always putting our clients first and is always happy to help answer all of your questions and concerns. In her free time, she loves to watch movies and tv series. Crime and horror are her favorites. She also loves spending time with her daughter and walking her dogs.

Nora works as OSM, she will tackle any issue and strives to keep our owners happy with her customer service skills. Nora majored in Education and is a gamer by heart! Her favorite co-worker is her Golden Retriever dog named Kiara. She loves spending time with her family and watching movies, especially if they are Mexican films of the Golden Era!

Sandra likes to spend time outside, go trekking, and take long walks. The most enjoyable part of her job has been getting to know people and offering them friendly service. She is a complete foodie, when she is not working, you can find her in the kitchen either cooking or eating.

Staci was born and raised right here in San Antonio, TX. After high school she moved north to San Marcos where she graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, then made her way up to Dallas where she found her niche in property management. She has since moved back to her hometown of San Antonio and joined the RentWerx team as Director of First Impressions to then be promoted to Leasing Coordinator and then Accounting Coordinator. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, hiking with her dog, and being out on the lake.

Fernanda is fluent in English and Spanish. She handles several problems with ease and is never afraid of a new challenge. She was raised in the windy city of Chicago. She is a flight attendant graduate. She goes above and beyond to help others. When Fernanda is not assisting our clients, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and spoiling her nephews. She is also great at baking and decorating cookies and cupcakes.

Bryan is the photographer for RentWerx. He was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and eventually moved to San Antonio to attend, and eventually graduate from, The University of Texas at San Antonio. Bryan graduated from UTSA with a degree in Communications concentrating in Digital Communication and Digital Media Production. He has been doing photography and videography for many years now. When he’s not working on home listings, Bryan enjoys producing music, watching movies, and exploring the city.

I was born and raised in the Houston area. I graduated in 2016 from Sam Houston State University with my Business Management Degree. My family and I moved to New Braunfels where we found a place, we can call home. After many years of managing service companies, I found a love in Real Estate, and got my License in 2021. On my days off, you will find me enjoying time with my family and friends, or in the great outdoors camping and hiking.

Alex is one of our team members assisting in customer service and special projects. He is also fluent in Spanish and will be one of the first folks to answer the phones at the front desk! He is into Tae Kwon Do obtaining a black belt in that discipline. Most recently, he is training to run a full marathon with his training partner Luca, a Weimaraner (a close cousin to our office puppy – Daisy). He loves spending time with his daughter, and he says she is his motor! We are very glad to have him as part of the team and he will do all he can to assist the folks he comes in contact with.

I´m a business management engineer. I like topics related to processes and continuous improvement. I enjoy traveling, dancing, and sports. My favorite hobby is reading and learning new languages.

Will was born in Detroit and grew up in Lubbock, Texas. Will played football in college while studying Criminology & Forensic Psychology. He spent the last 8 years, as a District Manager for Vector/Cutco – he took over duties in the San Antonio Area in fall 2019. Throughout his career he amassed a career sales number over $4 million & developed the #1 sales office in the company in 2021. In Fall 2021 he decided to move on & widen his professional horizon in a different market. A competitive individual by nature that is always looking for a challenge and something to excel at – Will is currently a member of Daniel Pinheiro’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competition Team, which he represented at the 2020 IBJJF American National Tournament, where he took home the silver medal & he is also active in many submission only leagues as well. On the personal side of things, he loves spending time with his Wife Carlee, and son Lucah, who will be 2 in Jan and his little brother, Pax, will be entering the world in Feb.

Enrique is in the Sales Development area here in RentWerx. He grew up in Mexico and in Texas, where he became fluent in English. A little after finishing High School he decided to move back to his home land in Mazatlán, Sinaloa. Enrique is very kindhearted and has a passion for helping those who need help the most. He volunteers at senior homes in his city to help with anything he can. When he’s is not working he is at the beach cleaning litter with a group for a healthy environment and as well for tourists to find a clean atmosphere and be able to take beautiful memories back home with them. He also enjoys surfing and swimming in the open ocean.

I believe that being in contact with people allows me to understand them and help them in the best way possible, that’s why I like what I do. In the same way I consider myself as a fanatic of cinema and reading.

Revered for his work ethic, integrity and can-do attitude, Damian Vandevender brings with him over 18 years of professional sales, recruiting and leadership experience. Damian spent 17 of his 22 years in the military working for Air Force Recruiting Service where he put together an impressive resume, earning numerous awards for his production, leadership and professionalism, while helping change the lives of thousands of young men and women around the world. Upon retiring from the Air Force, a career in Real Estate was a natural fit for Damian’s skillset and immense desire to help people.

When he’s not selling homes, Damian enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, riding motorcycles, climbing trails in his Jeep, and playing softball in his spare time. His education includes bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Leadership.

As a Texas native and real estate professional, Manuel recognizes and values the trust his clients place on him and strives every day to exceed their expectations. With a degree in business, he can provide his clients with market analytic and negotiation skills to help his clients get the best deal. Manuel also provides excellent customer service and is committed to working hard, listening, and following through for his clients. Manuel brings quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively.

Prior to entering real estate, he proudly served in the United States Air Force for over 20 years. His experiences instilled in him the discipline it takes to go above and beyond for his clients. Outside of real estate, he takes pride in giving back to the community and serves as a youth leader at his church, where he mentors and helps teens build up their confidence to help them become successful adults.

Born in Mexico and moved to Las Vegas as a young adult. Worked in the customer service/sales retail area and the healthcare setting as well. Earned an associate degree in Nursing in the College of Southern Nevada. Currently living in paradise, Puerto Vallarta Mexico.

I enjoy expending time in nature, watching the sunsets, swimming, and traveling. Have always been passionate about serving others and believe in always doing the best you can. Currently working on enjoying life and discovering new places.

Arturo is the liaison between the Main Office and our Southern Service Team. He ensures that all systems and personal are operating as smoothly as possible. He is the go-to for any trouble shooting or system automation. Majoring in Multimedia Production he provides creative solutions making him an integral part of the team. When he is not solving our issues, he enjoys spending time and playing with his two cats and hitting the outdoors for some skating!

Josh is one of our inside sales associates. He is generally one of the first people you interact with. Josh is always there to answer questions and works hard to ensure that not only every question is answered, but the person leaves with a smile on their face. He went to school in Houston and is a HUGE Rockets fan (even though we are all Spurs fans, we let him slide). When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and four children.

Born in Mexico, raised in Mexico for a bit, then I Moved to the USA. So, I have an interesting way to see things. Both Cultures are different. I feel like I am a man of two Islands. When I went to the USA, I was living in Chicagoland. I enjoy videogames, football, some sports, netflix, tv series, movies, and cheeseburgers and fries. I also love the beach.
